(re)discover aBeacon – the 3rd generation of Accessible Pedestrian Signal – Winner of the Call for innovation of New York City

We’re glad to be a part of TRAFFEX event with our partner Chris Webb of CT Technology who has been seduced by aBeacon.

“This is a major step forward in our mission to create a portfolio of innovative safety products relating to ITS in the UK”

said Chris Webb, director of C&T Technology.

“I believe that Okeenea, with their excellent product distributor training and support, will enhance our existing product range and help to deliver a safer road network for vulnerable highway users”.

aBeacon is a new product to make crosswalks safer for blind people. You may be annoyed by the loud sound of conventional Accessible Pedestrian Signal (APS)?

Discover our “on demand” solution: aBeacon is the perfect mix of the APS inventor’s know-how and high-end technologies like powered iBeacon to provide new digital services to improve mobility of all citizens. We won a Call for Innovation of the Department of Transport of NEW YORK City in November. For all those reasons we couldn’t miss this event!
